Charles, his wife Mallorie, son Nick and daughter Kelly live in Santa Cruz on the upper Westside. Charles moved to Santa Cruz in 1981 to attend school and earned his bachelor’s degree in Computer & Information Science from the University of California at Santa Cruz in 1984. After graduating from UCSC, Charles spent 5 years in software engineering and then moved into sales and marketing roles within the high-tech industry. Charles received his Real Estate Broker License in February of 2008 and has worked with several area brokerages before establishing Santa Cruz Real Properties.  Hobbies include tennis, bicycling, surfing, reading, chess, and travel.
